report cards etc

The report card actually came on tuesday, but here it is in all its glory:

math: a (expected, knowing the teacher)
bio: a- (a little higher than i thought, yay!)
global: a- (sounds about right)
english: b (damn.)
music: a (proof that you can be a pretentious dick in music class and still ace it)
spanish: a (that’s also right)
gym: pass (hard not to)
cpr: pass (this is basically a free period)

half days tomorrow and tuesday, then the rest of the week off. hell yeah!

the doctor says i have walking pneumonia, but i actually don’t feel like there’s anything wrong apart from my much lower appetite. i’m going into school tomorrow anyway, because it’s REPORT CARD DAY!!! i have no idea how i did, but i suspect this wasn’t my best quarter.

last two weeks have sucked

after having more work than god last week, i’ve been sick for the last two days with some ultra-hyper-fever. i went in on monday, even though i felt like shit. and i stayed home yesterday and today. i have to get about 20 different teachers to sign my absence note, and i also have a huge amount of homework to catch up on. this is my first two-day sick absence since about third grade.

this also means missing rehearsal with az’ band again, but whatever. he’ll understand.
