Joe is the best fake nerd ever. holy omg. which is funny because he was playing his exact opposite. it’s kinda late feeling even though it isn’t really late. good day. murdered report card which makes me happy. and had chicken gumbo. mmmmmmmm.

Pretty good. Got a 90 (or higher, depending on how he scores one of my questions) on an English quiz that I thought I was screwed for.

UPDATE: It was a full 105.

I’m now doing my near impossible lab report for science. Fortunately we go over it in class so I can make corrections before I turn it in. Then I have some more reading for English to do (although I’m probably going to do the log at lunch) and studying for a math test that I’m not that worried about. And NO GLOBAL TOMORROW!!!! The fact that we had it today didn’t upset me too much but I love having a day off from that class anyway.

Dissonant Execution should have a demo out some time in early May, keep on the watch. If I can get Ross on AIM we might even record it this weekend.

If you’re wondering about my “comic strip,” I have a few more but they’re under wraps because I can’t think of anything really hilarious for them. If only I were Chris Onstad.

In a few years, I’m going to look back on these ancient entries and see how happy I was. I’ve got my work cut out for me the next few years, so I’m going to enjoy it this year and this summer because this year, regardless of what the G.O. letter says, is not the hardest.

But enough thinking. I have homework to do.

Introducing a new comic strip!

My newest spawn is a comic strip, known hereafter as “Maybe Tomorrow Mommy Will Be Proud”. You’ll start to see the characters soon. The first one is Junior, a middle schooler obsessed with being a “real man”. Oh yeah, there may be some E/N references in here (only the author knows what the references are, muahahaha), so whatever.
Don’t pay any attention to the numbers in the corner, they only refer to the order in which they were written, not published. They should be more or less in order, but there will be some problems.

Today was pretty okay considering it was the first day back.

well i was supposed to have a DE session today but Jacob’s crappy Micro BR wasn’t working. so we didn’t record. and now i’m back home.

oh, the building across the way had a pretty awful fire. people got hurt. i missed most of it, and maybe that’s better.

Oh, for the few of you that keep up on my home recordings, I’m working on “Hamer .45 Special”. It consists of 45 minutes of near-continuous guitar (except for a part where I accidentally unplugged the jack for about 8 seconds) and I’m trying to layer stuff (conversations, etc.) over it. It’s going to be awesome. Right?
